Every Alanui piece is crafted with love and dedication. To care for your mules, gently brush with a suede or soft rubber brush to remove dust and marks. Avoid water, as moisture can alter the color and texture. For stubborn stains, use a suede eraser. Before first wear and periodically, apply a waterproofing spray for suede. Allow to dry naturally, away from heat or sunlight. Store your mules in their dust bag or original box, in a cool, dry place. Use tissue paper or shoe shapers to preserve their form. With time and wear, suede develops a unique patina. These subtle variations are a natural sign of genuine, high-quality leather.
Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
The products purchased on the Website shall be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer when creating their account or purchasing the product.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on the country of destination.

RETURNS
If you have changed your mind, you may return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order or, in the case of an order with multiple products delivered on different dates, from the date of receipt of the last product.
